Indie duo zbeedev and arttec have launched a Steam demo for their upcoming "cozy farming and restaurant sim," Farm & Feast, offering a taste of its gentle gameplay ahead of its 2026 release.
A new contender in the burgeoning cozy sim genre has emerged, as the two-person indie team behind Farm & Feast has officially released a playable demo on Steam. Players can now get a first look at the game’s blend of agricultural management and culinary creation, with the full experience slated to arrive on November 11, 2026.
Farm & Feast invites players on a tranquil journey, promising a peaceful progression from tilling the soil and planting seeds to harvesting ingredients and serving up delicious meals. The game aims to deliver a relaxing experience, allowing players to build their farm and restaurant at their own pace, focusing on the simple joys of growth and hospitality.
The title is the brainchild of a dedicated two-person indie team: zbeedev, who handles the development, and arttec, responsible for all the game's art assets. This core duo brought their vision to life with additional support, including music composed by Samantha van der Sluis and sound effects crafted by Sori Sori Sound, alongside various freelance contributors.
With a demo now available, prospective players have ample opportunity to experience a slice of what Farm & Feast has to offer. The developers have also set up a Discord server, encouraging community engagement and feedback as they continue development towards the game’s full launch in a little over two years.
